Documented by Drum Faster

The Snarky Puppy drummer who learned "Enter Sandman" from a single listen and recorded it on the second take. A Yamaha artist since 2005, with Zildjian cymbals, Evans heads and one genuinely idiosyncratic drum: a tom fitted with snare wires.

2018 — In the Moment

His own record, and the year of the Drumeo Metallica video. Fusion-ish sizes rather than anything big, and hydraulic heads on some drums — two plies with a layer of oil between them, which is where the very dead, thuddy sound in his modern playing comes from.
